Century Bob Body Opponent Bag |

the bob bag is very nice to help with the relief of stress and to get a good workout in.. it moves a lot even with the base fill all the way with water to maybe get a stable stand you might need to use sand but this is very nice to develop pin point hitting and real life striking…. make sure to get a pair of boxing gloves or some sort of glove to protect your hands it will help alot lol.. but overall a good product to have for fitness…. |

Everlast 4008 80-Pound Traditional Heavy Bag |

These bags are common in gyms and karate dojos bu there is one important caution that you must remember. The ones in the gym are typically well broken in and a new one is not. There is a huge difference between you hitting the bag a lot to break it in and an entire gym of customers breaking it in. In otherwords, it is extemely hard to break a heavy bag in by your self, at home. The result is that you have greater risk of breaking your hands, wrist, or knuckles. My advice is to remember at what point the bag is too hard and only hit above that point or on the edge. Kicks can be a bit more liberal as feet and shins are more durable then hands. its a nice bag but keep this in mind. It will start out rock hard for the bottom half and that might never go away for you. |

Century Wavemaster XXL Training Bag |

Pros: The bag is tall and has striking surface areas from head to calves. The bag is sturdy and when the base is filled is almost impossible to knock over. The density is cushy to prevent impact injuries during workouts with the use of gloves of course to prevent wrist injury. Cons: the base does move on hard impact (slides – but so do real opponents move!) and does need a twist as it becomes loose at the base, but a minor annoyance. The base also makes distancing for knees and elbows somewhat challenging, as well as for infighting techniques. Overall, a great piece of equipment. |
